    It's all about you...
    In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a specialist Family Law Partner in a busy and diverse Family Law practice. 

    Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  
    • diary management
    • prepare and file court documents
    • management of files, open/close and archive 
    • prepare briefs to Counsel
    • liaising with clients, Barristers and the Court
    • prepare correspondence and court documents
    • maintain electronic files
    • coordinate meetings
    • end of month billing and expenses
    To secure this career defining opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a law firm with  a genuine interest in family law. You will also have; 
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • well developed time management skills
    • strong attention to detail
    • a pro-active and flexible team attitude
    • advanced MS Office skills
    • the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment
