About the role...
This role supports a delightful Special Counsel and Lawyer, both described as being great to work with. Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;
• diary management and arranging appointments
• word processing of legal documents and draft general correspondence
• filing and indexing of original legal documents
• taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
• assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
• liaising with clients, Barristers and external parties
• monthly billing & expenses, and general administrative tasks
Skills and experience we'd love...
To secure this exceptional opportunity you will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Assistant in family law, or alternatively have a genuine interest in Family Law. You will also demonstrate;
• advanced MS office skills
• strong attention to detail
• the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• excellent inter-personal skills
