  • About the role...
    This is a rare and highly coveted opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised Property Legal Assistant to join the Developments team at a well-established and highly regarded mid-tier law firm located in the heart of the CBD.

    This is a part time, job-share role (3 days a week) where you will be able to utilise your top secretarial skills and property expertise in a busy role covering all aspects of Property Developments.

    Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Senior and Junior Development Lawyers, your day will include, but not be limited to:-

    • draft correspondence and development-related documents
    • extensive diary and email management
    • arrange appointments and meetings
    • liaise with clients and partners (email and telephone)
    • create, edit and format documents
    • record time and process bills
    • file management (inc. opening, closing, archiving files)
    • other general administrative tasks
    Skills and experience we'd love...
    With at least 5 years experience as a legal assistant , ideally in property development and/or real estate , you will also be able to demonstrate:-
    • excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
    • strong MS Word/ typing skills
    • high attention to detail and proactive approach to work
    • ability to work to deadlines
    • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • iManage and Aderant Expert experience not required, but highly regarded
