  • About the role
    As an enthusiastic and experienced Legal Assistant you will support a bustling Real Estate team consisting of a partner (who is also the Practice Group Leader) and senior and junior lawyers. Focusing on public sector clients, you will excel at managing large volumes of work and providing top level administrative support. 

    Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
    • prepare, edit and format legal documents and general correspondence
    • manage diaries and arrange meetings and internal/external functions
    • billing (high volume) and expense reconciliation
    • manage files (digital and hard copy)
    • general secretarial administrative tasks as required

    Skills and experience we'd love
    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a pro-active team approach and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Legal Assistant in a private law firm is required. Experience in Property and/or Real Estate will be highly regarded.

    • Experience with legal billing and document management systems
