About the role...
In this role you'll enjoy working in a dedicated team of Lawyers and Conveyancing Law Clerks as well as being involved in a wide range of conveyancing matters, including residential, off the plan, subdivisions and retirement villages.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
• draft letters and correspondence
• assist with the preparation of documents for settlements
• file management including opening and closing files
• conduct online searches
• prepare invoices and statements of accounts
• liaise with clients
Skills and experience we'd love...
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity you will have previous experience as Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Law Clerk in a Law Firm together with;
• a sound knowledge of PEXA
• advanced MS Office skills
• high attention to detail
• a pro-active and friendly team attitude
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
