Duties:
In this role, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate
commercial agreements including tech, consultancy, confidentiality and procurement contracts
Advise on privacy, data protection, AML/CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery and conduct obligations
Drive governance and risk frameworks, including policies, onboarding terms and operational risk advice
Track legal and regulatory change and translate into clear business impact
Support audits, due diligence and compliance initiatives end-to-end
Deliver practical legal advice to Partners, Management and business teams
Contribute to strategic projects, process improvement and internal legal precedents
Ideally, you will have:
- 3+ years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm or in-house environment
- Strong experience in front-end commercial, corporate, technology, or regulatory work
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analysis skills with sharp attention to detail
- Clear communicator, able to distil complex legal issues into concise, practical advice
- Collaborative and autonomous, comfortable working independently and across teams and stakeholders
- Commercially astute, with sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities
