Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Lawyer, Consultant and Senior Associate
within the Family law team, some of your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- diary management and arranging appointments
- word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence
- filing and indexing of original legal documents
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- liaising with clients
- general administrative tasks (some relief reception may also be required)
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a Legal Secretary as well as;
- previous legal secretarial experience ideally in litigation or family law
- advanced MS Word and typing skills
- a keen eye for detail
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- excellent inter-personal skills
- a genuine interest to work in Family Law
