Litigation Lawyer

High-performance law firm seeking a self-motivated and experienced Litigation Lawyer ( Associate or Senior Associate level ) to manage a diverse portfolio of disputes, including commercial, building and construction, employment, civil litigation, and debt recovery.

Duties
In this role, you will:

• Appear in all major courts and tribunals, including Supreme, County, Federal, and VCAT
• Advise on compliance matters, including ASIC and ATO investigations
• Lead and participate in mediations and dispute resolution processes
• Manage your own files with a high level of autonomy
• Engage directly with clients across a range of complex matters
• Collaborate closely with Partners and benefit from hands-on mentoring and strong team support

• 2+ years ’ PAE in a broad range of disputes across courts and tribunals
• Strong drafting skills, commercial mindset, and client-first approach
• Solid academics and clear, confident communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a team environment
• Sharp negotiation skills and keen attention to detail
• Drive to grow and succeed in a fast-paced litigation practice
