This role sits within the Owners Corporation division of the Team and involves direct client interaction and hands on file involvement.
Supporting the Group Leader and two Lawyers, some of your responsibilities will include:-

- liaising with clients and taking accurate instructions;
- managing telephone enquiries;
- diary management;
- preparing Briefs to Counsel (hard copy and electronic);
- conducting searches (company, ASIC, title etc.);
- preparing bills;
- dictatyping;
- managing files; and
- general administrative tasks as required.
Our client is ideally seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate who takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do.
In addition you will have:-
- approximately 3+ years experience as a legal secretary (Commercial Litigation, Owners Corporation &/or Construction experience highly regarded);
- intermediate MS Word/typing skills;
- great attention to detail;
- excellent time management skills;
- a friendly team attitude and a pro-active approach; and
- exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
