    Duties
    In this role your duties will include, but not be limited to:

    Organisational Development: Design and deliver organisational development strategies that build a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with the firm’s goals. Lead firm-wide initiatives across performance, talent, DEI, culture, and engagement, using Oragnisational Development frameworks to drive and evaluate cultural change.

    Learning & Development: Develop and implement the firm’s L&D framework, including professional development, compliance, and CPD programs. Deliver targeted learning and leadership initiatives, while integrating wellbeing into the broader learning strategy.

    Leadership & Influence: Promote a culture of performance and engagement through coaching, capability development, and consistent performance practices. Support leaders and teams by modelling firm values and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.

    Information Security: Ensure strong information security practices by promoting awareness, training, and compliance across staff, contractors, and
    suppliers.

    Skills & experience
    Ideally, you will have pevious experience working in a similar role within a law firm (desireable) or a professional services environment.

    • Proven expertise in Organisational Development and Learning & Development is essential
    • Skilled in change, culture, and leadership development
    • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
    • Strong relationship builder with a service mindset
    • Persuasive communicator and skilled facilitator
    • Impact-focused with a data-driven mindset
