As the Office Assistant in this growing and highly regarded centrally located CBD Law Firm you will provide support to the operations, HR and finance functions within the firm. As a valued member of the team and reporting to a delightful People & Development Manager your varied responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
- assist with maintaining office equipment and facilities
- support onboarding and offboarding of staff
- provide relief reception
- set up and tidy up of meeting rooms
- manage incoming/outgoing couriers and deliveries
- assist with meetings, functions and firm events
- monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
- maintain communal areas and kitchen/office supplies
- assist with trust accounts and process invoices
- ad hoc tasks to assist the Management team as required
