  • About the role...
    As the Office Assistant in this growing and highly regarded centrally located CBD Law Firm you will provide support to the operations, HR and finance functions within the firm. As a valued member of the team and reporting to a delightful People & Development Manager your varied responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
    • assist with maintaining office equipment and facilities
    • support onboarding and offboarding of staff
    • provide relief reception 
    • set up and tidy up of meeting rooms
    • manage incoming/outgoing couriers and deliveries
    • assist with meetings, functions and firm events
    • monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
    • maintain communal areas and kitchen/office supplies
    • assist with trust accounts and process invoices
    • ad hoc tasks to assist the Management team as required

    This role will suit an assistant with a genuine desire to develop their skills in office administration. Most importantly, you will be able to demonstrate:-

    • strong organisational and time-management skills
    • high attention to detail
    • excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
    • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    Prior experience in legal or professional services an advantage.
