About the role...
This newly created Office and Finance Assistant role supports the operations, HR and finance functions of a busy and well-respected law firm. As a valued member of the team your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
- assist with maintaining office equipment and facilities
- support onboarding and offboarding of staff
- manage and process invoices
- assist with trust accounts
- assist with meetings, functions and firm events
- provide reception relief support
- maintain communal areas and kitchen/office supplies
- ad hoc tasks to assist the Management team as required
