  • About the role
    As a 'career' Paralegal in the market leading Banking & Finance team, you will work alongside a down-to-earth and approachable Partner where you'll enjoy being involved real estate finance matters.

    This pivotal role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on being busy and possesses exceptional organisation and multi-tasking skills to manage high volumes of work.

    Some of your key duties will include:-
    • diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
    • draft legal documents and general correspondence
    • settle loans (PEXA)
    • prepare monthly billing and client reports
    • extensive internal and external client liaison
    • management of key client relationships
    • other administrative tasks to assist a busy Partner

    Skills & experience we'd love
    To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Paralegal, ideally in Banking & Finance law, and/or Corporate & Commercial law together with:-
    • strong proficiency with PEXA
    • excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • top organisation and multi-tasking skills
    • experience with real estate finance and loan settlements
    • focus and commitment on client service
    • keen eye for detail
    • advanced MS Office skills
    • a positive and professional work attitude
