Paralegal - Conveyancing & Property

About the role
As a vital member of the Property Team you will enjoy being hands on with a wide range of matters including commercial, property development and residential. Reporting to the head of the team you will work closely with a wider team of experienced and dedicated lawyers and conveyancers.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
- prepare and manage subdivisions
- arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
- draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
- liaise with clients and other parties
- complete contract reviews
- associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills

Skills and experience we'd love
- a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing/Property paralegal
- excellent time management skills
- sound knowledge of PEXA
- excellent inter-personal skills with a strong client service focus
- strong attention to detail
