Duties
In this role you will:
- Manage your own portfolio of debt recovery files under supervision
- Prepare, draft and file court documents
- Have good practice management skills including managing your own billable time
- Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and resolving queries
- Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and cohesive matter management
- Prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Ideally, you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a paralegal (managing files end to end)
- Experience in court processes and procedures
- Experience in bankruptcy and winding up applications (is essential)
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
