Probate and Estates Lawyer (Full or Part-time)

About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced lawyer (cira 3-6 years PAE) in  Wills/Estates & Probate matters . Here you will have a good level of autonomy in assisting clients with their wills/estates & probate matters and enjoy the  direct client contact  this role offers, with the support of a highly professional & experienced corporate services team, all of whom are friendly and approachable. This role is offered on a full or part-time (3 or 4 days per week) basis.

Duties
In this role you will:

• Manage your own files in wills and probate, including end-to-end estate administration
• Draft clear, comprehensive legal advice and all supporting documentation
• Attend mediations and represent clients effectively
• Handle trust fund investments and distributions according to special requests
• Deliver outstanding client care with technically sound, efficient legal advice
• Liaise with other lawyers and key stakeholders

• Current solid  3+ years experience  in Wills & Probate law
• Be a self-starter with a friendly, pro-active team approach
• Possess excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong 'client care/service' focus
• Be able to multi task to manage competing priorities
• Complementary skills in relation to trusts and corporate matters or superannuation or will be eager to be trained in these areas over time.
