About the role
As Probate Clerk you will be a valued member of a close-knit and collaborative team where you will enjoy autonomy in managing probate and estate administration files from start to finish. You will enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, executors, beneficiaries and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
- prepare and lodge probate applications and letters of administration
- draft and file court documents
- manage client communications and correspondence
- conduct searches and prepare probate documentation
- maintain records and assist with estate distribution processes
- provide administrative support as required
The ideal candidate
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in probate law or estate administration
together with:
- well developed organisational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- exceptional client and stakeholder management skills
- experience with Leap and PEXA will be an advantage
