Your main duties in this role will include:
- managing and maintaining your own Probate files from A-Z
- developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- processing regular client reports and;
- general administration that is required in running your files
- approximately a minimum of 5 plus years previous experience as a Probate Law Clerk
- excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
- the ability to multi-task and manage differing priorities
