Property - Associate / Senior Associate / Special Counsel

Sustained growth & strategic planning now presents this  fantastic and rewarding  career opportunity for an experienced and motivated  Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel (3-10+ years PAE)  to join the Real Estate practice group in a highly regarded, National mid-tier commercial law firm acting for wide-ranging,  prominent  private, listed & institutional  clients . 

This role will fully utilise your  property expertise ; across all aspects & Australian jurisdictions, with the support of vast & efficient infrastructure. With ready access to  approachable Partners , you will be a key member of this team  - it's very much a 'hands on' role offering direct client contact, autonomous management of files within a fast-paced, dynamic & experienced group!

About you...
Experience ( 3-10+ years PAE ) in a well-regarded Property law team including proven experience in handling  large-scale transactional commercial property matters  (ie. whole lifecycle) due diligence, acquisitions,  leasing  (commercial & industrial),  property development , subdivisions, divestments & disposals;

• Highly developed and effective communication skills for client liaison;
• A 'self-starter' with an approachable manner/able to assist;
• Be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
