  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and team focussed legal assistant/secretary to secure this exciting role where you'll be able to use your initiative and be actively involved in all aspects of a busy Practice.

    Assisting two Property Law Clerks, you will be required to provide comprehensive support and be responsible for co-ordinating all the "day to day" activities.
     
    Your key responsibilities will include, but definitely not limited to;
     
    • preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
    • diary management and arranging appointments
    • preparing and amending lengthy transactional  documents
    • assisting with arranging events/seminars
    • email and file management
    • organising travel and accommodation as required
    • billing and associated reports
    • General secretarial and administrative tasks as required
     
    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a pro-active team approach and a client service focus.  A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Property/Conveyancing Law is essential.
       
    You will all also have a sound knowledge of MS Office, exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to 'juggle" several tasks at the once.
