About you
The successful applicant will have:

• Minimum 12 months up to 3 years PAE with proven experience working on/passion for commercial property & development matters within a recognised Property team  in private practice;
• Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to spot key issues quickly;
• Strong drafting, organisation, and time-management skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
• Current knowledge of legal and market developments;
• Strong drafting and effective negotiation skills
• A proactive, professional mindset with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively
