Duties
In this role you will:
- Lead complex commercial, industrial, retail, and residential transactions, including acquisitions, large-scale developments, and leasing matters.
- Drive business development and marketing initiatives to support firm growth.
- Supervise and mentor lawyers, law clerks, and support staff.
- Champion ISO 27001 compliance by modelling best practices, ensuring stakeholder awareness, and promoting information security training.
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years PAE with demonstrated experience at a similar level across all aspects of general Property law and development matters.
- Strong commercial thinking and approach.
- Sound drafting skills.
- The ability to anticipate & manage client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
