    If you’re an experienced Senior Associate experienced in Property & Development looking to progress your career with a leading mid-tier CBD law firm, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll join a dynamic, high-performing team handling a diverse range of property matters, including general property transactions and developments, commercial leasing, retirement living, and matters involving local and state government.

    Duties
    In this role you will:
    • Lead complex commercial, industrial, retail, and residential transactions, including acquisitions, large-scale developments, and leasing matters.
    • Drive business development and marketing initiatives to support firm growth.
    • Supervise and mentor lawyers, law clerks, and support staff.
    • Champion ISO 27001 compliance by modelling best practices, ensuring stakeholder awareness, and promoting information security training.
    Skills & experience
    Ideally, you will have:
    • 5+ years PAE with demonstrated experience at a similar level across all aspects of general Property law and development matters.
    • Strong commercial thinking and approach.
    • Sound drafting skills.
    • The ability to anticipate & manage client needs.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
