    Our client offers all the services and resources of a medium sized firm without the traditional constraints of budgets and billable hour targets. Lawyers are given the autonomy to work across a broad range of property law matters and advise a diverse client base, including public companies, government bodies, start-ups, and private individuals.

    About the role...
    This is an excellent role for a talented lawyer who  enjoys  handling a  variety of property law matters and has 4-6 years’ experience in general property law matters.

    You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters
    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and property-related agreements
    • Advising on leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, property development, and owners corporations
    • Assisting with commercial property litigation and disputes , including VCAT appearances (preferred)
    • Ensuring compliance with property legislation and data privacy regulations
    • Collaborating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver high quality legal services
    About you….
    The ideal candidate will have:
    • Proven experience in commercial property matters including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and leases
    • Strong ability to provide accurate and commercially sound advice
    • Working knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Experience in dispute resolution
