    Here you will manage your own files and play a key role in a dynamic property practice. The team advises on conveyancing matters, commercial and retail leasing, property-related disputes, and represents property managers.

    Duties
    In this role you will:
    • Draft , review and negotiate a broad range of property documents, including sale contracts, building contracts, leases (retail and commercial) and land use agreements
    • Manage commercial, off-the-plan and retirement village transactions from start to finish
    • Act for clients in property and building disputes, working closely with counsel and experts where required
    • Advise Owners Corporation managers on property-related issues and compliance matters
    • Collaborate with and support the conveyancer, providing expert legal guidance on complex conveyancing issues
    • Maintain strong file management practices, including cost disclosures, client correspondence and matter progression
    Skills & experience
    Ideally you will have:
    • Bring 4+ years’ PAE in property law from a reputable practice
    • Apply strong commercial judgment with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
    • Thrive under pressure, juggling competing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines
    • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, with clients and colleagues
    • Demonstrate strong legal analysis, drafting and research skills, with a commitment to high-quality client service
    • Take ownership of your work, operating confidently in a paperless environment and contributing to business development
