  • About the role
    A career-defining move for an experienced Property Lawyer ( Associate or Senior Associate ) to join a market leading mid-tier CBD law firm with a thriving, fast paced and highly regarded Property Law Team.  You’ll lead major property matters within a nationally recognised team, actively advising and managing large-scale property developments, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, and energy projects across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.

    Duties
    In this role you will enjoy handling a variety of stimulating, often complex & high $ value property local & cross-border projects including:

    • Drive high-rise and major development projects from acquisition through to completion
    • Lead large-scale commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
    • Advise on complex leasing matters for both landlords and tenants across sectors
    • Collaborate with supportive Partners in a well-resourced, full-service Property team
    • Manage diverse matters across retail, industrial, energy, and mixed-use developments
    Skills & experience
    Ideally, you will have:
    • 4+ years’ post-admission experience in Commercial Property law, including major developments, projects & leasing (ideally mid-tier or specialist firm background)
    • Strong commercial mindset with sharp technical and advisory skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Confident in business development and client engagement
    • Team player with strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
