Duties
Working on a broad range of property matters, no two days are likely to be the same!
Showcase your Property Law expertise:
- Manage commercial and residential conveyancing
- Navigate complex property transactions
- Negotiate commercial leases
- Oversee subdivisions and building developments
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ commercial property law experience across a wide range of property law matters
- A commercially savvy and pragmatic mindset
- A strong commitment to achieving positive client solutions and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail—particularly in drafting and document preparation
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment
