    Join a dynamic litigation team where you’ll take the lead on a broad range of property disputes, including compulsory acquisition, adverse possession, owners corporation disputes, and act for property developers. You’ll work closely with clients, appear in courts and tribunals and play a key role in delivering practical, strategic outcomes.

    Duties
    Working as a Property Litigation Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate level)  you will handle a diverse range of property litigation matters including but not limited to:-

      • Compulsory Acquisition
      • Adverse possession
      • Acting for property developers
      • Owners corporation disputes including domestic building disputes
    You will enjoy having direct client contact, undertaking court appearances in all Courts & Tribunals (incl. Supreme, County, Federal & VCAT) and help resolve property-related legal issues effectively and efficiently.

    Skills & experience
    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dispute resolution processes, exceptional advocacy skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling complex property disputes. You will have sound client focus, integrity and strong technical/drafting skills together with:
    • Min. 3 years PAE  & broad exposure to a range of litigious/disputes matters
    • Strong advocacy skills across jurisdictions
    • An engaging manner with excellent communication skills at all levels
    • A team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute to professional & business development activities
    • Well-developed negotiation skills and attention to detail
