    This is a  fantastic  and rewarding career opportunity for a talented Construction Lawyer to join a  highly regarded, mid-tier Commercial law firm who act for wide-ranging  premium construction clients

    They now seek an experienced  Senior Associate - Construction Lawyer  to join their Corporate and Commercial team, with very reasonable billable hour expectations.

    About the role...
    In this role you will enjoy being part of a market leading practice on the front end of  landmark construction projects/developments & infrastructure , including drafting and negotiating construction and commercial agreements; advising a diverse client base on major infrastructure projects; drafting tendering and contract documentation and advising on a range of procurement models.  With ready access to inspiring and  innovative Partner s, you will be a  key player in this team  - it's very much a  'hands on' role  that allows for  autonomy  in the whole life cycle of matters. You should also enjoy participating in business development activities and providing guidance to those less experienced, within this  fast-paced, dynamic & experienced  Corporate and Commercial team!

    About you...
    It is envisaged that the successful candidate will possess a minimum 7 years PAE across the full gamut of Construction law practice and the suitable candidates will ideally have:-

    • Demonstrated experience in major projects work, infrastructure, construction (commercial and domestic).
    • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas or frameworks clearly.
    • Commercially minded with a willingness to work on a diverse range of matters.
    • Well-developed initiative, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
    • Well-developed and effective business development skills.
    • A self-starter, capable of working independently with limited supervision.
