Duties
In this role you will:-
- Act as lead in the draft, review and negotiation of IT/Technology contracts
- Advise on technology procurement and outsourcing strategies
- Act as key legal advisor for digital transformation and tech-driven initiatives
- Provide guidance and advice on digital law issues (e.g. AI, cybersecurity, IP)
- Independently manage your own portfolio
- Mentor junior team members
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:-
- 6+ years PAE in IT/Technology law (private law practice preferred, but in-house experience also considered)
- Sound skills in drafting and negotiating technology agreements, exercising strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of tech ecosystems
- Well-developed and effective communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into plain English and offer actionable legal advice
