    Duties
    In this role you will:-
    • Act as lead in the draft, review and negotiation of IT/Technology contracts
    • Advise on technology procurement and outsourcing strategies
    • Act as key legal advisor for digital transformation and tech-driven initiatives
    • Provide guidance and advice on digital law issues (e.g. AI, cybersecurity, IP)
    • Independently manage your own portfolio
    • Mentor junior team members

    About you
    To be successful in this role you will have:- 
    • 6+ years PAE in IT/Technology law  (private law practice preferred, but in-house experience also considered)
    • Sound skills in drafting and negotiating technology agreements, exercising strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of tech ecosystems
    • Well-developed and effective communication and relationship building skills
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into plain English and offer actionable legal advice
    An interest in business development and willingness to mentor junior team members will be highly desirable.
