Senior Employment Lawyer (6+ PQE)

To be successful in this role it is envisaged that the suitable candidates will be self-motivated and highly organised with ideally  6+ years PAE  experience with  Employment Law . 

Joining their close knit employment law team, the suitable candidate will be working closely with a highly esteemed Partner and senior lawyers and their high quality clients. 

Some of the matters in this role will include:-

• termination and dismissals;
• employment contracts;
• dispute resolution;
• discrimination and equal opportunity;
• enterprise bargaining;
• OH&S Advice;
• restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing;
• workplace policies and training.

• Experience with Employment Law (6+ years PAE)
• A genuine client 'service' attitude. 
• Excellent communication & time management skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and well developed drafting skills. 
• Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities.
• Be able to work autonomously and as an integral team player.
