    About the role...
    Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise, lead and mentor a small Office Services team (3 direct reports) in their Melbourne office.

    You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of client services, covering the mail room, print room, records management and office facilities

    As such, some of your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):-
    • manage and maintain all mail room and print room requests and services
    • manage day-to-day facilities and maintenance requests
    • manage day-to-day operation and repairs of firm equipment
    • oversee records management requirements (inc. safe custody, VOI and archiving)
    • manage inventory and ordering of office services products within budget
    • supervise the office services clerks performance, and mentor and guide them in collaboration with the Operations Manager
    • monitor the Office Services inbox to manage workloads and meet deadlines
    • deliver training to new office services clerks
    • provide facilities and office services induction to new starters
    • coordinate new starter requirements (e.g. desk set up, security passes)
    • provide overflow and large event set up (as required)
    • provide assistance and ongoing support to the Operations Manager (as required)
    • maintain cyber security 
    The ideal candidate...
    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience in a supervisory role, managing a mail room, print room, records management and facilities in a professional services firm,  as well as:-
    • strong client oriented approach
    • intuitive and proactive approach in understanding and recognising client needs
    • accountability and excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
    • experience in supervising, mentoring, training and motivating a small team
    • team and solutions focussed attitude
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
