Our client, a leading and highly regarded CBD law firm is seeking a talented Office or Legal Administration professional with supervisory/management experience to lead their team of legal support staff, as well as support the firm's daily operations.

Reporting to and working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you will enjoy using your initiative and exceptional inter-personal skills on a daily basis as you lead, support and mentor a team of Legal Administrative Assistants.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- allocate and manage workflow
- provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities
- oversee day-to-day operations, including supplies, facilities and vendor coordination
- implement and maintain office systems, procedures and policies
- onboard and offboard staff
- support internal events and training sessions
- liaise with IT, HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless administrative support
Skills and experience we'd love...
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience
as a Legal Assistant or Office Manager in a law firm, together with;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- advanced skills in MS Office and office management systems
- proactive, adaptive and solutions-focused approach
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
