About this role...
The firm's  well established & reputable Workplace Relations team  are now looking for a Partner or for a Senior Associate/Special Counsel to be part of their dynamic team. 

This role will give a motivated and experienced Employment Law Workplace/ Industrial Relations Lawyer, who is passionate about further advancing their career, the  opportunity to specialise as part of a close-knit and driven team  handling diverse & challenging issues/matters.

Working alongside approachable Partners, you will assist a  broad range of clients  including  significant companies /SME's, individuals & government operating across  wide-ranging industry sectors,  requiring sound advice with both ' front & back-end'  matters.

No two days will be the same!  Anything from Employment law, Industrial Relations, Enterprise Bargaining, Discrimination, Bullying & Harassment, Health & Safety and more...you'll thrive on the variety here.
  
The skillset we're looking for...

• Ideally, at least 8 years’ PAE in employment law, with experience in managing complex matters from end to end, gained within a reputable law firm;
• Enjoy & be  good at drafting  with  strong attention to detail ;
• Have well developed analytical and communication skills;
• Be  authentic  and practise with  integrity  and  respect  in a team environment;
• A willingness to share your knowledge & experience with others, whilst still growing your own skillset;
• A professional, client service oriented approach.
