- Advising clients on all aspects of workplace relations, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and awards/agreements
- Providing strategic support on workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and managing complex employee relations issues
- Representing clients in industrial tribunals and courts on matters such as unfair dismissals, general protections claims, and industrial disputes
- Conducting training and workshops for clients on relevant workplace laws and best practices
- Staying up-to-date with changes in employment and OHS legislation to ensure clients remain compliant
- Collaborating with the broader legal team to deliver seamless, end-to-end support to clients
- 5+ years of experience as a workplace relations or employment lawyer, ideally within a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating the full spectrum of workplace relations and OHS issues
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into plain English
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Tertiary qualifications in law and admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia
