Administration Assistant - Conveyancing/Property

About the role
As the "right hand" to a Conveyancing Law Clerk you will pride yourself on your ability to ensure their busy practice runs smoothly whilst assisting with the administration of the conveyaning files.

Duties
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:-
• diary management and arrange appointments/mediations
• assist with the preparation of documents for settlements
• file management including opening and closing files
• conduct online searches
• completion of online documents
• general administration, archiving and end of month billing
• take telephone calls and assisting where appropriate
• administration of the conveyancing files
• liaise with clients, lawyers and external parties
• and any administration required on a day to day basis
Skills and experience
To secure this exceptional opportunity you will have at least 1 years' experience as a Legal / Administration Assistant (property/conveyancing experience preferred but not essential) together with:-
• advanced MS office skills
• strong attention to detail
• the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• excellent interpersonal skills
