Your practice will cover a varied mix of financial services and commercial matters, including:
- Financial services regulatory and compliance advice
- Funds management and investment-related matters
- Licensing and regulatory matters
- Disclosure and other financial services documentation

- Emerging issues affecting the financial services sector
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:
- Approximately 2-6+ years' PAE gained within a reputable law firm
- Experience in financial services regulation, funds management, corporate or commercial law
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A sound understanding of relevant corporate and financial services regulation
- Exposure to AML/CTF matters will be highly regarded
- A commercial and practical approach to providing advice
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
