Duties
In this role, you will:
- Advise on the acquisition and disposal of property
- Undertake property due diligence and negotiate transaction documentation
- Prepare, review and negotiate leases (including retail)
- Draft contracts, agreements, legal advice and related documentation
- Advise on general commercial matters connected with property transactions
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- At least 5+ years' PAE in commercial property law, together with exposure to broader commercial matters
- Strong commercial acumen and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a close-knit team
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
