Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts and related advices.
- Providing strategic legal advice regarding contracts and disputes.
- Advising clients on claims, contract administration and dispute resolution strategies.
- Working alongside dispute resolution specialists on litigation and arbitration matters.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- 4+ years' PAE in construction and infrastructure law.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
- Confidence managing matters.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
