    Join a highly regarded Construction and Infrastructure team advising leading clients on major projects across the Australian construction and infrastructure sector.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer seeking a predominantly front-end role, with a strong focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex construction and infrastructure contracts.

    Duties
    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and infrastructure contracts.
    • Preparing contractual advice and advising on project risk allocation.
    • Providing strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Advising on contract administration, claims and project-related issues.
    • Assisting clients with dispute resolution strategy where required.
    • Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.  
    Skills & experience
    To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
    • 4+ years' PAE in construction and infrastructure law.
    • Strong front-end construction experience.
    • Excellent contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
    • Confidence managing matters and dealing directly with clients.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
    • A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
