    As an Employment Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate) , you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to a diverse range of corporate clients on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law.

    What you'll be doing
    • Advising clients on a wide variety of employment-related matters, including contracts, awards, enterprise agreements, workplace policies, discrimination, terminations and industrial disputes
    • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies and other legal documents
    • Representing clients in employment-related litigation, mediations and negotiations
    • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and case law to ensure clients receive the most current and relevant advice
    • Collaborating with the wider legal team to provide seamless, end-to-end support to clients
    • Assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers and legal support staff
    What we're looking for
    • A law degree and admission to practice as a solicitor in Australia
    • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in employment and industrial relations law, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
    • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, case law and best practices
    • Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, accessible terms
    • Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality, commercially-focused advice
    • Exceptional attention to detail and drafting skills
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
