    Our client is a well-regarded and growing commercial law firm offering an excellent platform for an experienced Employment Lawyer looking to make their next strategic career move.

    An opportunity now exists for an experienced Employment Lawyer at Special Counsel or Director level to join their established Employment Law team.

    Your role will include (but not limited to)
    You will work across a broad range of employment law matters, including:
    • termination and dismissals;
    • employment contracts;
    • dispute resolution;
    • discrimination and equal opportunity;
    • enterprise bargaining;
    • OH&S advice;
    • restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing; and
    • workplace policies and training.
    About you
    You will be an accomplished senior Employment Lawyer who offers:
    • strong technical expertise across employment and workplace relations law;
    • a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
    • a stable and well-established career history;
    • excellent communication, drafting and advisory skills;
    • a genuine interest in building a long-term practice within a collaborative firm.
    The firm is open to appointing at either Special Counsel or Director level, depending on your experience. A Director title is available where an appropriate transferable practice can be demonstrated, while Special Counsel candidates will have a clear pathway towards Directorship.
