An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Estate Litigation Lawyer(Associate/Senior Associate level) to join a highly regarded Wills & Estates practice based in Melbourne CBD.
Working within a well-established and respected team, you will be exposed to a broad range of complex estate litigation matters. You will work closely with experienced practitioners on high-quality files in a collaborative and supportive environment, while continuing to develop your expertise in this specialised area of law.
Duties
In this role, you will work primarily across Estate Litigation matters, including estate disputes, will challenges, executor and administrator disputes, together with some exposure to Estate Planning and Administration matters.
You will be responsible for managing your own files under supervision, assisting on more complex matters, and liaising directly with clients, counsel and other stakeholders as required.

- 3+ years PAE with experience in Estate Litigation and/or Estate Planning matters
- Strong technical ability, commercial acumen and a compassionate client approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client service
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
