    Our client is a leading and highly respected Melbourne based law firm and there is no better time than now for an experienced and motivated career Legal Assistant to take up this exciting part-time opportunity. 

    About the role....
    Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and their team you'll enjoy a varied role as well as being involved in a wide range of Family Law matters.

    Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  
    • diary management 
    • management of files, open/close and archive 
    • prepare Court documents
    • dictaphone typing
    • liaise with clients
    • coordinating meetings 
    • end of month billing and expenses
    • general administrative tasks to assist the team
    Skills and experience we'd love...
    To secure this rare part-time opportunity  you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Family Law or general Litigation together with; 
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • well developed organisational skills
    • strong attention to detail
    • a pro-active and flexible team attitude
    • advanced MS Office skills
    • the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment
