- Meet & greet clients
- Taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- Control of admin email account
- Diary management
- Correspondence management
- Respond to website enquiries
- Complete client intake form
- Arranging appointments
- General accounts work
- General administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will have previous experience providing Legal Administration/Receptionist support , as well as:-
- Previous law firm experience is essential
- Advanced MS Word and typing skills
- Keen eye for detail and accountability
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Familiarity with Smokeball and VXT phone system an advantage
