  • About the Role
    This newly created role will appeal to an experienced, pro-active and career Office Assistant/Administrator. Reporting directly to the HR Manager you'll enjoy a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same as well as play an integral role in ensuring the firm continues to deliver exceptional service to clients.

    Please note that this is a full-time, office-based position (5 days per week) located in the CBD.

    Duties
    Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
    • assist with the maintenance and coordination of office equipment
    • collect and distribute incoming mail
    • provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
    • liaise with building and property management when required
    • assist with onboarding new employees
    • coordinate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) renewals
    • organise relief reception cover as required
    • respond to general HR and office enquiries
    • assist with coordinating meetings and internal schedules
    • assist with client events, office functions and social club activities
    • support website and social media updates
    • assist in preparing marketing materials
    • coordinate catering for meetings, functions and internal events
    The successful candidate
    The ideal candidate will bring:-
    • previous administration experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience will be highly regarded)
    • outstanding organisational skills
    • strong attention to detail 
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • high levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
    • a proactive attitude with the initiative to work independently
    • strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • a flexible, positive approach and a willingness to assist wherever needed
