  • About the Role
    Our Client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to join their professional and friendly team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide administrative support across HR, marketing and office operations, playing an integral role in ensuring the firm continues to deliver exceptional service to clients.

    Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
    Human Resources;
    • Assist with onboarding new employees, including scheduling inductions and training, setting up workstations and coordinating IT access and logins
    • Coordinate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) renewals
    • Organise relief reception cover as required
    • Respond to general HR and office enquiries
    • Liaise with building and property management when required
    • Assist with coordinating meetings and internal schedules
    Marketing & Events;
    • Assist with the planning and delivery of client events, office functions and social club activities
    • Support website and social media updates
    • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations and branded content
    • Coordinate catering for meetings, functions and internal events
    Office Administration;
    • Assist with the maintenance and coordination of office equipment
    • Collect and distribute incoming mail
    • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office
    About You
    You will bring:
    • Previous administration experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience will be highly regarded)
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
    • A proactive attitude with the initiative to work independently
    • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • A flexible, positive approach and a willingness to assist wherever needed
