This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer looking to establish themselves within the highly specialised Owners Corporation sector.
You'll take ownership of a diverse range of matters from commencement through to resolution, working closely with sophisticated clients while enjoying significant autonomy and support. The practice acts on a broad range of disputes and advisory matters, including building defects, debt recovery, compliance issues, licensing, leasing, subdivisions and general property-related matters.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Approximately 3+ years post admission litigation experience , including property litigation ideally in relation to Owners' Corporation matters underpinned by an knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act (ideal but not essential)
- Experience in Construction would be an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver practical, strategic advice
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive approach to client service and relationship building
- The confidence to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
