About the role
This is a newly created role to support the growth of this thriving and highly regarded law firm. As Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ('DEI') Advisor, you will be a valued member of the People & Culture Department where you will support and coordinate the DEI strategy and program of work. This will include partnering with groups and stakeholders across the firm, providing practical advice, and supporting Learning & Development and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion along with a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management (or related discipline). Additional experience in Learning & Development and/or related field will be highly regarded.

- Coordinate and oversee the DEI program of work
- Advise on best practice approaches (e.g. inclusive design, accessibility and engagement)
- Partner with groups/teams to develop, plan and deliver DEI initiatives and events
- Ensure DEI is embedded into firm policies, processes and employee lifecycle activities
- Contribute to external reporting and benchmarking
- Support Learning & Development through assisting with DEI-related training, reviewing training materials and assessing programs for accessibility standards
- Assist with organising Health & Wellbeing initiatives and compliance training
Skills and experience

- Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Sound understanding of DEI principles and inclusive workplace practices
- Good understanding of inclusive learning practices
- Ability to effectively prioritise duties and multi-task
- Solid communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills
- Flexible, solutions-oriented and client-focus approach to work
