Due to continued growth and involvement in several significant and high-profile matters, the firm is looking to expand its team with the addition of an experienced lawyer who is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of injured clients.
Working closely with an approachable and supportive Partner and senior lawyers, you will enjoy a diverse and challenging practice, exposure to complex litigation, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in high-profile matters.

What you'll be doing
- Managing a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters including WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability, Class Actions and/or Abuse Law
- Assisting on significant and high-profile personal injury litigation and class action matters
- Conducting negotiations, mediations and settlement conferences
- Preparing court documents and progressing matters through the litigation process
- Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through often challenging circumstances with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with a highly experienced and collegiate team committed to achieving the best possible outcomes
- Minimum 3+ years PAE in plaintiff personal injury law
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability, Class Actions and/or Abuse Law
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively within a team environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A compassionate and client-focused approach
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving successful outcomes for clients
