What you’ll be doing
Your role will involve:
- Managing a broad range of commercial property matters
- Advising on property transactions, developments and leasing matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property-related documentation
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with partners and other members of the team
- Delivering practical, commercially focused advice
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 2 years’ PAE in property law
- Experience gained within a commercial law firm or specialist property practice
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A practical approach and genuine commitment to client service
- The ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- The drive to develop your expertise and advance your career
